1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unused and undamaged

    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories


2. Return Conditions

  • The product should be properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • If the returned item is found used, damaged, or altered, the return request may be rejected.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a verification process.

  • If the product passes inspection:

    • Refund will be processed within 10 working days

    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method


4. Deduction Policy

  • If a customer returns a product without any defect or issue:

    • A 10% deduction will be applied to the total amount.

    • The remaining amount will be refunded after verification.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

    • You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

    • The video should show:

      • The sealed package before opening

      • The product condition after opening

  • Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims for damaged items.


6. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Request is made after 7 days

  • Product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts

  • No valid proof (like unboxing video for damaged items) is provided
